Some administrator users report that they cannot see statistics on their dashboard and assume there is an issue. In most cases, this is not a bug, but a permission-related setting that has not been enabled for a specific account administrator.

Why Statistics May Not Be Visible

Access to dashboard statistics and certain sections of the platform is controlled by a specific permission:

“Access to sensitive data” in the administrator configuration settings.

If this option is not enabled for an administrator:

  • Statistics will not be displayed on the dashboard

  • Specific sensitive data pages will not be accessible

How to Enable Access

  1. Navigate to Administrators & Roles

  2. Locate the administrator you wish to configure

  3. Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) next to their name, then select Edit

  4. Scroll down and expand the Administrator configuration section

  5. Enable “Access to sensitive data”

  6. Click Confirm at the bottom of the page to save your changes

Result

Once this option is enabled:

  • Statistics will display correctly on the dashboard

  • The administrator will have access to all relevant sections, including sensitive data pages

Important Note

Only the main account administrator (the first administrator created when the account was set up) can enable or modify the “Access to sensitive data” permission for other administrators.

If you do not have this level of access, please contact your main account administrator to request this change.
