Has your customer made a bank transfer with an incorrect or incomplete amount? Here’s how to handle each situation.

In case of an incorrect transfer

If your customer made a transfer by mistake (wrong amount, wrong offer, cancellation request, etc.), you can issue a refund directly from your Learnybox account, specifically from the transaction's details page. Simply access the details page of the relevant transaction and click “Refund”.

In case of an incomplete transfer

If your customer sent an amount lower than the price of the offer, they can complete the payment by making an additional transfer using the same IBAN that was provided during their order. There is no need to create a new order form.

⚠️ Important: This IBAN is virtual and unique between you and your customer and must not be shared with other customers. In other words, each customer using LearnyPay Bank Transfer is assigned a unique IBAN.
