This article explains how to use the Meta Pixel Helper Chrome extension to check whether your Meta Pixel is correctly integrated and working on a live page.

Step 1 – Install the Meta Pixel Helper extension
In Google Chrome, install the official Meta Pixel Helper extension from the Chrome Web Store.
Once installed, its icon will appear in your browser’s extensions menu.
Step 2 – Open the page you want to check
In Chrome, open the published page on which your Meta Pixel should be integrated.
⚠️ Important: The check must be performed on a live page, not only from the page editor or an internal preview.
Step 3 – Check whether the pixel is detected
Click the Meta Pixel Helper icon in the Chrome extensions menu. The extension will analyze the page currently open and display information about any Meta Pixel it detects.
When the pixel is correctly integrated, the extension indicates that a pixel is present on the page. It may also display detected events and any warnings or errors that need to be corrected.
Step 4 – Interpret the result
When the extension detects your pixel, this confirms that the integration is present on the page being viewed.
When no pixel is detected, first check that:
the pixel has been correctly added in Learnybox.
the page has been published.
you are checking the correct page.
your browser or a blocking extension is not preventing the pixel from loading.
What should you do if the pixel is not detected?
When the pixel does not appear in Meta Pixel Helper, review the configuration using the article linked at the beginning of this article, then reload the published page in Chrome.
You can also test the page in a standard browsing window without an active ad-blocking extension to check whether another tool is preventing the pixel from loading.
