How to create a new autowebinar

Learn how to set up your autowebinar, select the video to broadcast, and set broadcast schedules in just a few clicks.

This article explains how to create an autowebinar in Learnybox, also known as automated webinar or evergreen webinar.

Use it when you want to present a pre-recorded video at scheduled times, without hosting a live session each time.

Step 1 – Access autowebinars

Navigate to Marketing → Autowebinars

Step 2 – Create a new autowebinar

Click Create autowebinar

Step 3 – Name the autowebinar

Name your new automated webinar.

Choose a clear name so you can easily locate it in your autowebinar list. For example, this name can refer to the topic of your presentation or the objective of your webinar.

Note: An Import live webinar option is also available if you wish to convert one of your completed live webinars directly.

Step 4 – Choose the video to broadcast

Set the link to the video that will be played during the webinar.

This video is the content your participants will watch during the scheduled broadcasts.

Step 5 – Set broadcast times

Set the time slots when your autowebinar will be broadcast.

Choose these times based on your audience’s availability. For example, you can add several sessions throughout the day so your leads can register for the time that works best for them.

Step 6 – Customize default pages or finish setup

Once all the steps have been completed, your autowebinar will be created. You can customize the default webinar pages if needed, or click Finish to access the autowebinar dashboard directly.

Note: You can also customize these pages later from your autowebinar dashboard, in the Pages tab.

Why use autowebinars?

An automated webinar allows you to present your content without having to host a live session each time.

It can help you:

  • automate the broadcast of a presentation.

  • offer several session times to your audience.

  • reach leads when they are most likely to be available.

  • save time on repeated live presentations.

  • support the sale of an offer with structured educational content.

The participant experience

Participants register for one of the available time slots you have defined.

At the scheduled time, they access the webinar studio and watch the video broadcast as part of an automated webinar experience.
