Pausing your account subscription allows you to temporarily suspend your activity while keeping your existing content intact so that you can resume it later.

What happens when your account is paused

When your Learnybox account is paused, the pages in your back office are no longer accessible.

This means that you can no longer use the administration interface to manage your activity. For example, you can no longer:

  • create or edit a course

  • access the CRM

  • edit your website

  • manage your pages

  • access your sales funnels

  • use your account features as you would with an active subscription

Pausing disables the use of your account, but it does not delete its content.

What becomes inaccessible to the public

Pausing also affects the content available to your visitors, customers, and learners.

While the account is paused:

  • your Learnybox website is no longer accessible

  • your courses are no longer accessible

  • learners can no longer view your content

  • your online activity is suspended until the account is reactivated

This option is therefore useful when you want to temporarily suspend access to your Learnybox activity.

What is preserved while the account is paused

Pausing keeps the content of your account intact.

Your existing items are preserved so that you can resume your activity later without starting again from scratch.

The pause is linked to a reduced monthly subscription. This allows you to keep your account and its content while limiting the cost during the interruption period.
