You can easily change your subscription from the Subscription / Invoices section:
Access Subscription Settings
In your Learnybox dashboard, access your Client area menu (by clicking on your administrator user avatar at the top-right corner of the screen), then select Subscription / Invoices
View and Manage Subscriptions
You’ll be redirected to the subscription management page, where you can:View all your current subscriptions
Access your latest subscription invoices
View your billing information (updates may require contacting the accounting team)
Manage your subscriptions, including updating your main Learnybox plan or related services (such as those linked to live webinars)
Note: Downgrading your main Learnybox subscription requires contacting support.
