How to change your subscription

You can easily change your subscription from the Subscription / Invoices section:

  1. Access Subscription Settings
    In your Learnybox dashboard, access your Client area menu (by clicking on your administrator user avatar at the top-right corner of the screen), then select Subscription / Invoices

  2. View and Manage Subscriptions
    You’ll be redirected to the subscription management page, where you can:

    • View all your current subscriptions

    • Access your latest subscription invoices

    • View your billing information (updates may require contacting the accounting team)

    • Manage your subscriptions, including updating your main Learnybox plan or related services (such as those linked to live webinars)

Note: Downgrading your main Learnybox subscription requires contacting support.
