1. In your Learnybox dashboard, access your Client area menu (by clicking on your administrator user avatar at the top-right corner of the screen), then select Administrators & Roles.
2. Locate the administrator on the list, click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) to the right of their list entry, and select Reset password.
3. An email will be automatically sent to the administrator with their new login credentials. This includes:
Their email address
Their new password
The link to access the administration interface of your Learnybox account
