How to change your credit card number for subscription payments

To update your credit card or billing information, follow these steps:

  1. Access Subscription Settings
    In your Learnybox dashboard, access your Client area menu (by clicking on your administrator user avatar at the top-right corner of the screen), then select Subscription / Invoices

  2. Update Credit Card Information
    In the "Your Subscriptions" tab, scroll down to the Billing Information section and click on Change credit card

  3. For PayPal Users
    If you used PayPal as your payment method when placing your order, you must update your credit card information directly from your PayPal account.

These steps will allow you to manage and update your payment details easily.
