This article explains how to embed an existing survey, quiz, or evaluation on a Learnybox page.
Use it when you want participants to complete a questionnaire directly from a sales funnel, course, or website page.
Steps to Embed a Questionnaire on a Page
Access page editor
Navigate to the page you want to customize.
Open the page using the Learnybox page editor.
a) For a sales funnel page:
-> Go to Marketing → Sales Funnels
-> Click the sales funnel you wish to configure to access its dashboard.
-> In the Pages tab, hover your mouse cursor over the page card you wish to customize, then select Edit.
b) For a course page:
-> Go to Academy → Courses
-> Click the course you wish to configure to access its dashboard.
-> In the Content tab, locate the page you wish to customize, click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) to the right of the page, then select Build.
c) For a website page:-> Go to Website & Blog → Website
-> In the Pages tab, locate the page you wish to customize, then click the edit icon to the right of the page.
Add questionnaire element
In the Elements panel, locate the Dynamic elements. Drag and drop the Survey Quiz Evaluation element onto your desired page section.
Configure element
Select the type of questionnaire you want to embed (survey, quiz, or evaluation).
Choose the specific questionnaire you want to display on the page.
Click Save (bottom left), then Click Finish (top right) to apply your changes and exit the editor.
What happens after adding the questionnaire?
The selected survey, quiz, or evaluation is embedded directly onto the page and becomes part of its layout.
