You can display answer explanations to your quiz or evaluation participants by configuring them directly in the Questions tab.
To access this section, navigate to:
Academy → Evaluations or Quizzes
Select the questionnaire you wish to configure.
Open the Questions tab.
Steps to Add Answer Explanations
Edit existing questions
For each question, click the Edit icon to the right of the question.
Add answer explanation
Scroll down to the list of answers.
Click Add explanation next to each answer you want to customize.
Answer explanations will be displayed to participants after they select an answer as their final answer for that question.
Example:
If the answer is incorrect, the explanation can clarify why it's wrong.
If the answer is correct, the explanation can reinforce key points or provide additional context.
Important Note
Answer explanations will not be displayed if your questionnaire is set to Type 4.
In this mode:
Participants can select only one answer per question.
They are automatically redirected to the next question after validating their answer, which prevents the explanation from being displayed.
