This article explains how to automatically add new affiliates to one of your autoresponder contact lists.
Use it when you want new affiliates to be registered in a specific contact list so you can manage follow-up emails and other automated communications.
Steps to Automatically Add Affiliates to Autoresponder List
1. Access autoresponder settings
Go to Sales → Affiliation
Open the Settings tab
Open the Autoresponders sub-tab
2. Select autoresponder
From the list of available autoresponders, select the one you wish to configure.
3. Select contact list
Choose the contact list where new affiliates should be automatically registered.
4. Save changes
Click Confirm (bottom right) to save and apply your changes.
Make sure the selected contact list is properly configured to receive new affiliate registrations.
