Use it when you want affiliates to promote your sales funnel pages with their own tracking links, while applying the commission rules you define.
Creating an affiliate campaign is a powerful way to empower your partners to promote and sell your courses and other digital products. Here's how to set up and manage an affiliate campaign in Learnybox.
Steps to Create Affiliate Campaign
1. Access Affiliation Section
Go to Sales → Affiliation
Click Create campaign
2. Name Your Campaign
Enter a name for your campaign.
This name will be visible to you and to your affiliates.
3. Configure Affiliate Commissions
Set up the commission structure for your campaign.
Choose the commission type:
Percentage of the total sale amount
Fixed value
Choose the VAT preference to define whether commissions are calculated before or after tax.
You can also configure additional commission rules:
Last-Click Attribution: Enable this option to assign the commission to the affiliate associated with the last click before purchase (Recommended)
Database Check: Prevent affiliates from being awarded commissions for leads that are already present in your contact database.
4. Select Sales Funnel
Choose the sales funnel to link to your affiliate campaign.
Learnybox will automatically retrieve the page links from that funnel. You can then choose which links are visible to your affiliates.
Click Next step to complete the campaign creation process.
How affiliates access their links
Once your campaign is active, affiliates can access their unique affiliate links from their Affiliate Area.
The links available to them depend on the links you selected as visible in the affiliate campaign.
Important Notes
Make sure your sales funnel and pages are fully set up before creating your affiliate campaign.
Review your commission settings and rules carefully before publishing the campaign, so they match your business goals and policies.
At this stage, your affiliate campaign is created, and affiliates can use their unique links to promote the selected funnel pages.
