Affiliate campaigns linked to a sales funnel automatically generate commissions for any orders placed through that funnel, regardless of how many products you intend to sell — provided the customer previously clicked on an affiliate link.
If your funnel includes multiple products and you want to exclude a specific product from generating affiliate commissions, follow one of the two methods below.
Option 1: Add a Rule to Your Affiliate Campaign
1. Access Affiliate Campaign Settings
Navigate to Sales → Affiliation
Open the Campaigns tab
Select your campaign and open the Rules tab
2. Create New Rule
Click Add Rule to create a new rule affecting your desired product.
3. Configure Rule
Set the following parameters:
Condition: If the product name linked to the transaction is → enter your product name
Action: Do not generate a commission
4. Save Rule
Click Confirm to save.
This will prevent affiliate commissions from being generated for purchases of the specified product.
Option 2: Use a Separate Sales Funnel
Alternatively, you can move the order page for the product you want to exclude to a different sales funnel that is not linked to any affiliate campaign. This ensures that no affiliate commissions are generated for its sale.
