Missing Commissions - Troubleshooting Steps
The campaign is not active
Ensure the campaign status is set to Active.
If a campaign is Deactivated, commissions will not be generated. Access the campaign settings and activate it if needed.
The sale was not generated through affiliate links
If the customer did not use an affiliate link to access the page where the order was placed, no affiliate commission is generated.
Remind your affiliates to use their unique affiliate links when promoting your products.
The sales or order page is not part of the linked sales funnel
Make sure the sales page or order page used for the purchase is included in the sales funnel linked to your affiliate campaign.
Affiliate commissions can only be generated for sales made through pages within the linked sales funnel.
