LearnyPay is Learnybox’s built-in payment solution. It allows you to accept card payments from your customers without having to open an account with an external payment provider like Stripe or PayPal.

How to Get Started with LearnyPay
1. Create LearnyPay Wallet
Go to Sales → LearnyPay Wallets
Click Create LearnyPay wallet
Creating your wallet is quick. You will need to provide your personal information as well as information about your company.

2. Validate your wallet
Once your wallet has been created, you will need to submit the required documents to complete its validation.
The documents required vary depending on your company's legal status.
⚠️ A shareholder declaration may also be required. If so, this will be mentioned in your LearnyPay wallet's verification settings.
Open your wallet's Settings tab
Open the Verification sub-tab
Once you have submitted your documents, they will be reviewed before your wallet is validated.
How MangoPay handles your payment data
Banking information and payment-related data are managed by MangoPay, our payment service provider.
Learnybox does not collect or store your customers' card numbers.
All payment data is collected, stored, and secured by MangoPay.
Once your wallet has been created, you can start accepting payments. However, certain operations such as submitting wallet balance payouts will require your wallet to be validated first.
Transfer your balance to your bank account
You can request a transfer of your available balance to your bank account at any time.
A fee of approximately 2.6% including tax is applied to transactions.
What to do if a document is rejected
If a document is rejected during the validation of your wallet:
check that the document is clearly legible
check that all required information is visible
submit a new version of the requested document
If the document continues to be rejected, please contact Learnybox support and specify which document is concerned.
