This article explains how to set up an offer to sell your products.
Use it when you want to sell one or more products, configure payment methods, link content access after a purchase, and customize the checkout flow.
Step 1: Create an Offer
Go to Sales → Offers
In the Forms tab, click Create offer (to create a payment form).
Alternatively, in the Payment buttons tab, click Create payment button (to create a payment button).
When setting up a payment form, you can choose between:
Select the format that best fits your sales flow.
Step 2: Set Up Initial Details
Offer Name: Name your offer.
Product Name and Price: Set the name and price for your main product (you can add more products later). If you're selling access to a course, select the course as the product.
Payment Methods: Set the payment option and payment method you want to offer.

⚠️ All these settings can be updated later if needed.
Step 3: Configure Additional Products
Open the Products tab.
Click Add product to add another product.
In the Access from purchasing this product section, you can link your product to courses, communities, and/or one live webinar. You can also assign credits if needed.
Step 4: Set Up Payment Methods
Benefit from flexible payment options such as installment plans (e.g., 2x, 3x payments) or open-ended subscriptions.
Make sure all payment methods you want to use are properly set up and integrated with Learnybox.
Step 5: Customize Form
Redirection After Payment: Choose where customers are redirected after purchase.
Form Fields: Add custom fields if you need to collect specific customer data.
Design & Theme: Customize the visual appearance of your payment form.
Email sequences: Set up pre-sale and post-sale emails.
Advanced VAT Rules: Fine-tune your VAT configuration if needed.
⚠️ Always remember to save your configuration changes.
Important: prevent cart abandonment conflicts
If you use pre-sale email sequences for users who start the checkout process but do not complete their order, make sure contacts are removed from the Cart Abandonment sequence once they purchase.
You can do this by adding an automated action to the first step of your Customers sequence.
This prevents customers from continuing to receive cart abandonment emails after completing their purchase.
