How to sell multiple products through the same payment form

Learn how to add several products to one payment form so customers can purchase them in a single checkout.

This article explains how to sell multiple products through the same payment form.

Use it when you want customers to choose from several products in one unified checkout, instead of sending them through separate payment forms.

Step-by-Step: Sell Multiple Products Using One Form

1. Access Payment Form Settings

  • Go to SalesOffers

  • In the Forms tab, select the offer you wish to configure.

2. Add Multiple Products to the Form

  • Open the Products tab.

  • Click Add Product to add each product to the form.

You can include as many products as needed.

  • Configure the settings for each product individually.

3. Configure Product Selection Rules (Optional)

  • Choose whether each product is mandatory or optional for purchase.

Example: If you offer three products but only one is required, customers must purchase the required product. They can then choose whether to include the optional products in their order.

4. Embed Payment Form on Page

  • Embed the payment form on the page where you want customers to complete checkout.

Visitors can view and purchase the available products directly from this form.

5. Automatic Order Total Updates

  • The order total updates automatically based on the products selected by the customer in the payment form.

What customers receive after purchase

After completing their purchase, customers automatically receive:

  • An order confirmation email with their invoice.
⚠️ Free orders with a total of €0 may not generate an order confirmation email.

  • A course registration confirmation email, if one or more purchased products grant access to a course.

Why use one payment form for multiple products?

Selling multiple products through one payment form gives customers a smoother checkout experience.

It also makes your offer more flexible, because customers can purchase several products in a single transaction.
