How to request a LearnyPay wallet balance transfer to your bank account

Learn how to transfer the available balance from your LearnyPay wallet to a registered bank account.


This article explains how to request a balance transfer from a LearnyPay wallet to your bank account.

Use it when you want to register a bank account in LearnyPay, then transfer available funds from your wallet balance.


Before you start

Before requesting a transfer, you must register at least one bank account in your LearnyPay settings.

Once saved, this bank account becomes available when you submit balance transfer requests.

⚠️ You must complete your LearnyPay wallet validation and authentication process before registering a bank account.

Step 1 - Access Bank Account Settings

  1. Go to SalesLearnyPay wallets

  2. Select your wallet.

  3. Open the Settings tab.

  4. Open the Bank accounts sub-tab.

Step 2 - Add a Bank Account

  1. Click Add bank account

  2. Two options are available:

    • Bank account: for accounts where the bank is located in the same country or region as your company or association.

    • International bank account: for accounts where the bank is not located in the same country or region as your company or association.

  3. Enter a name for your bank account (e.g., “Main account,” “Personal account”)

  4. Provide the required details, including:

    • Account number or IBAN

    • Account holder information

  5. Click Confirm (bottom right) to save and register your bank account.

Once saved, the account will be available for selection when submitting balance transfer requests.

Step 3 - Submit a Transfer Request

  1. From your LearnyPay wallet dashboard, open the Transfers tab

  2. Click Request transfer

  3. Enter the following details:

    • The amount to transfer

    • The bank account where the funds should be sent

  4. Review the transfer details and click Confirm to initiate the transfer.

Important Notes

  • Make sure all bank account information is accurate before requesting a transfer. Incorrect details can cause processing delays, failed transfers, or potential loss of funds.

  • Each transfer is subject to a 2.6% fee, VAT included.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank and region.
