How to use a different email address for a specific email sequence

Learn how to set a different sender address for emails sent from a specific email sequence.

You can use a different sender email address for any of your email sequences. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Access Email Sequence

  • Navigate to Marketing Emails Sequences.

  • Click the name of the sequence you wish to configure.

2. Configure Sending Options

  • In the sequence dashboard, open the Settings tab.

  • Open the Sending options sub-tab.

3. Set a Custom Sender Email

  • Here, you can define:

    • Sender name

    • Sender email address (the “From:” email)

    • Reply-to email address

All emails within this sequence will be sent using the sender name and email address you configure here — independent of your platform-wide default email settings.

Note: Make sure the sender email address is properly authenticated to ensure successful email delivery.
