What to do if an email address is rejected when accessing a live webinar

Understand why an email address may be rejected when accessing a live webinar and what to do to restore access.

This article explains why the "email address rejected" message may appear when accessing a live webinar, even when the webinar is configured for free access.

Users must still enter their name and email address before joining the live session. If you're unable to join the webinar and see an "email address rejected message", it generally means that the email address entered has been blocked by our anti-spam protection system.

Why is my email address rejected?

Some email addresses require additional verification before they can be used to access a live webinar.

When an email address is identified as a potential risk by our anti-spam system, access to the webinar is automatically denied.

What should I do if my email address is rejected?

The affected user must contact the administrator of the account hosting the webinar.

The administrator must then submit a request to the Learnybox support team so that the email address can be checked again.

After verification

If the email address is considered valid and safe, access to the webinar can be authorized.

If the email address does not meet the security criteria, the user will need to use a different email address to access the webinar.
