How to use the same webinar registration link for multiple live webinars

Learn how to reuse a registration link from a completed webinar for other upcoming webinars using the webinar reset option.

This article explains how to reuse a webinar registration link for your upcoming webinars.

Use this if you want to organize several consecutive sessions of the same live webinar.

How it works

When you create a new live webinar, a new registration link is automatically generated and linked to that event.

This means you cannot create a new webinar and use the same registration link from a previously completed webinar.

If you want to continue using the same webinar registration page and sharing the same URL with your audience, you must reset your previously completed webinar session.

Before resetting the webinar

⚠️ Resetting permanently deletes some data linked to the previous webinar. Before resetting your webinar, we recommend downloading any elements you may need later, such as:

  • registrant list

  • attendance documents

Download these elements before launching the reset.

What happens to webinar reports?

⚠️ Webinar reports are also deleted during the reset.

Unlike registrants and attendance documents, reports cannot be downloaded. If you want to keep this statistical information, remember to take screenshots before resetting the webinar.

Resetting the webinar

Once your first live webinar session has ended and you have saved any data you need, follow these steps:

  1. Go to MarketingLive webinars

  2. Locate your completed webinar session, click the vertical ellipsis () at the top-right of the webinar card, then select Reset.

  3. Keep the same webinar title, or enter a new one if needed.

  4. Set the new date and time.

  5. Check the Keep live webinar registrants checkbox only if you want to keep the same registrants from the previous session.

  6. Click Reset live webinar to confirm the reset action.

After the reset

Once the reset is complete, your webinar will still use the same registration link, but with the new settings you defined.

The same webinar registration link can then be shared again for your next live session.

At this stage, you can keep the same registration link for several consecutive sessions by resetting the existing webinar instead of creating a new one.
