Understanding the Sales Funnels menu

Find all your sales funnels in one place and learn what all the different displayed elements are used for.


This article explains how to use the Sales Funnels menu to view, find, organize, and manage the sales funnels created in your Learnybox account.

You will also learn how to interpret the information and activity indicators displayed on each sales funnel card.


View all your sales funnels

The Sales Funnels menu allows you to view all your existing sales funnels, create new ones, and quickly monitor their activity.

Each sales funnel is displayed as a card containing its main information, making it easier to identify and manage.

Understand the available actions

Several actions are available at the top of the page.

Create a sales funnel

Click Create funnel to add a new sales funnel to your account.

Import a sales funnel

Click Import funnel to add a sales funnel exported from another Learnybox account to your own account.

Search for a sales funnel

Use the search field to quickly find an existing sales funnel by entering all or part of its name.

Sort your sales funnels

Click Sort to sort your funnel list by specific criteria, and change the order in which your sales funnels are displayed.

Use advanced filters

Click Advanced filters to refine the sales funnels displayed based on additional specific criteria.

Change the display mode

Two display modes are available:

  • Grid view

  • List view

Choose the view that best suits how you browse your sales funnels.

Understand a sales funnel card

Each sales funnel is represented by a card containing several pieces of information.

Add a sales funnel to your favorites

Click the star in the top-left corner of the card to add the sales funnel to your favorites.

Thumbnail

The thumbnail displayed on the card is a quick preview of a sales funnel page section.

Status

The Online status indicates that the sales funnel is currently published and accessible.

Identify the sales funnel

The displayed name corresponds to the name of your sales funnel.

Number of pages

The X pages label indicates the number of pages included in the sales funnel.

Monitor registrations

Two indicators at the bottom of each card allow you to monitor the sales funnel’s activity:

  • Total registrants: Indicates the total number of people registered through the sales funnel.

  • Total comments: Indicates the number of comments posted in the sales funnel pages.

Quickly locate your sales funnels

When you have a large number of sales funnels, you can combine several tools to find the one you need:

  • use the search bar

  • using the sorting feature

  • apply advanced filters

  • add your most frequently used sales funnels to your favorites

These features help you maintain a clear overview of your sales funnels, even as their number increases.
