Understanding the Surveys menu

Learn how to navigate the Surveys menu, view key survey details, and access the available management actions.


This article explains the different elements of the Surveys menu and the information available for managing the surveys created in your Learnybox account.


The Surveys menu displays all the surveys created in your account.

It provides an overview of each survey and gives you access to the available management actions.

Page elements

The Surveys page contains several elements.

Create a survey

The Create survey button is located in the upper-right corner of the page.

Click it to create a new survey.

Advanced filters

Click Advanced filters to filter your survey list based on the available criteria:

  • Category

  • Domain

  • Status

Survey list

Each list entry (row) represents a survey and displays its main information, including:

  • Name (survey title)

  • Number of participants (users who have taken the survey)

  • Creation date (when the survey was created)

  • Start date (when the survey was activated)

  • Status (on hold, in progress, or completed)

These details provide a quick overview of each survey, including its participation level, key dates, and current status.

Available actions

The menu on the right of each survey provides access to the available actions.

The available actions depend on the survey’s current status.

a) Survey on hold

You can:

  • activate it

  • duplicate it

  • share it

  • reset it

  • delete it

b) Survey in progress

You can:

  • end it

  • duplicate it

  • share it

  • reset it

Note: A survey that is in progress cannot be deleted. You must end it before the Delete option becomes available.

c) Survey completed

You can:

  • reactivate it

  • duplicate it

  • share it

  • reset it

  • delete it
