Understanding the Notifications menu

Discover the information displayed in the Notifications menu and the actions available for managing your notifications.

This article explains the information displayed in the Notifications menu and what the available actions are used for.

The Notifications menu brings together all the notification campaigns created in your Learnybox account. You can create new campaigns, view existing ones, check their status, see the number of recorded sign-ups, and access all available management actions.

What is a notification used for?

A notification allows you to display a message to your users according to the settings you configure.

The Notifications menu centralizes all your notification campaigns so you can easily view and manage them.

Understanding the notifications list

Each row in the table corresponds to a notification.

Name

This column displays the name of the notification campaign. The name allows you to easily identify each campaign in your list.

Clicking a notification campaign's name will open its main dashboard.

Registrants

This column displays the number of sign-ups recorded in the notification campaign.

If no sign-ups are recorded, a dash (-) is displayed.

Status

This column indicates whether the notification campaign is currently active.

Action menu

Each notification campaign has an action menu that can be accessed from the vertical ellipsis (⋮) to the right of its list row.

This menu allows you to perform different actions:

  1. Edit
    Opens the notification campaign settings.

  2. Activate / Deactivate
Allows you to activate or deactivate the notification campaign, depending on its status.

  3. Delete
Allows you to permanently delete the notification campaign. This action cannot be undone.

You now know what information is displayed in the Notifications menu, what each column represents, and which actions are available for managing your notification campaigns.
