This article explains how to use the Share Codes menu to create, edit, deactivate, or delete a share code, as well as import content shared by another Learnybox user.
The Share Codes menu brings together the codes you have created and received. These codes allow Learnybox users to share sales funnels, courses, offers, and other content between accounts.
Understanding the Share Codes page
The Share Codes page displays all the share codes created in your account and provides access to the available management actions.
The list includes:
the shares code you've created
the type of content and content item linked to the share code
the number of authorized and completed uses
its current status
options for editing, deactivating, or deleting it
Import shared content
From the Share Codes page, click Import.
Enter the share code provided by another Learnybox user, then click Import to import the associated content into your account.
Create a share code
Click Create share code to generate a code for content you want to share with another Learnybox user.
You will need to select the type of content, the specific content item to share, and set a usage limit.
Edit an existing share code
In the share code list, click the edit icon on the relevant row.
You can then update the share code's configuration, including:
the actual share code
the linked content
the maximum number of uses
its status
Deactivate or delete a share code
Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) on the relevant row.
Two actions are available:
Activate/Deactivate: Changes the code’s availability depending on its current status. A deactivated code cannot be used, but it can be reactivated later.
Delete: Permanently deletes the share code.
Creating or editing a share code
When creating or editing a share code, configure the following fields:
Share code
The code is generated automatically when it is created.
You can change it before saving if needed.
Content type
Select the type of content you want to share.
The available content types are:
Course
Sales funnel
Live webinar
Automated webinar
Offer
Sequence
Website page
Quiz
Survey
Evaluation
Content item
Select the specific item to associate with the code.
The available options depend on the content type selected.
Maximum number of uses
Enter the maximum number of times the code can be used.
Once this limit is reached, the share code is automatically deactivated.
Status
Keep the code Active to make the share code immediately available for use, or set it as Deactivated if you don't wish to make it immediately available. You can reactivate it later at any time.
Click Confirm to save your changes.
The code will then appear in your list of share codes.
