Understanding the Autowebinars menu

Learn about the different elements of the autowebinars menu so you can quickly find and manage your automated webinars.


This article explains the different elements of the Autowebinars menu. From this page, you can view and manage existing automated webinars, create a new one, search for a specific webinar, and choose how they are displayed.


View your autowebinars

To access your autowebinars:

  1. Go to Marketing → Autowebinars

By default, your automated webinars are displayed as cards to make them easier to identify.

Each card includes key information such as:

  • the webinar thumbnail

  • the webinar name

  • activity indicators

The indicators displayed at the bottom of each card provide quick access to key information and activity associated with the webinar.


Additional details for each indicator icon are displayed on mouseover:

  • Total registrations

  • Total participants

  • Total offer clicks

The page also displays:

1. Automated webinar list: Displays all the automated webinars available in your account.


2. Number of automated webinars: Shows the total number of automated webinars created in your account.


3. Create automated webinar: Allows you to create a new automated webinar.

4. Search: Use the search field to find a specific webinar by name.


5. Display options: Use the display buttons above the webinar list to switch between Grid view and List view

Create an automated webinar

Click Create autowebinar in the upper-right corner of the page to add a new automated webinar to your account.

Once created, it will appear in your automated webinar list.

Search for an automated webinar

Use the search field to quickly find an autowebinar by entering its name.

This is particularly useful when you have a large number of automated webinars.

Change the display

Use the display icons in the upper-left area of the list to change how your automated webinars are presented.

You can choose between:

  • Grid view

  • List view

Select the view that makes it easiest for you to browse and manage your automated webinars.
