What are multi-course products?

Learn what multi-products are and how a single offer can now provide access to multiple courses and communities.

This article explains how multi-course products allow you to combine access to several courses and communities within a single product.

You can use this feature to create bundles, themed packages, and premium offers without changing how your existing products work.

Combine multiple access options within a single product

A product can now provide access to:

  • multiple courses

  • multiple communities

  • a combination of courses and communities

This makes it easier to create more comprehensive offers without having to configure multiple separate products.

This feature is available when configuring a product for a payment form.

  1. Go to Sales → Offers

  2. In the Forms tab, click the payment form you wish to configure to access its dashboard.

  3. Open the Products tab.

  4. Add a new product or edit an existing product.

  5. Set the courses and/or communities you wish to link to your product in the following section: Access from purchasing this product

  6. Click Confirm (bottom right) to save and apply your changes.

Keep your existing configurations

Products you have already created will continue to work exactly as before.

No changes are required for your existing offers.

Create clearer and more flexible offers

Multi-course products are particularly useful for creating:

  • bundles

  • themed packages

  • premium offers

They also simplify payment forms by grouping several access options within a single product.

Use the feature throughout your customer journeys

Multi-course products can be configured for all payment forms and webinar offers.

This allows you to provide a consistent customer experience, regardless of the purchase journey used.

At this stage, you can create offers that provide access to multiple courses and communities through a single product, without affecting your existing configurations.
