With the introduction of electronic invoicing, Learnybox will enable you to issue invoices and submit the associated e-reporting data through an Approved Platform provider.
However, you will need to select your own Approved Platform to receive invoices from your suppliers. This article explains Learnybox’s role and the step you must complete before September 1, 2026.
What Learnybox will handle for your sales invoices
For sales invoices created in Learnybox, the planned system will handle:
the issuing of electronic invoices
their transmission through Learnybox’s Approved Platform provider
the submission of associated e-reporting data when required
This electronic invoicing service has already been operating for several months for Learnybox customers established in Belgium.
You will not need to select an Approved Platform to transmit invoices created in Learnybox. Learnybox will handle this for you.
No technical configuration will be required in Learnybox. You will simply need to enable the Electronic invoicing option on the platform.
What Learnybox will not provide
Learnybox will not receive invoices from your suppliers on your behalf.
This includes invoices relating to business purchases such as:
software
subscriptions
telephone services
professional services
supplies
To receive these invoices, you must select your own Approved Platform before September 1, 2026.
This platform may be different from the one used by Learnybox to issue your sales invoices.
What do you need to do?
You must select an Approved Platform officially registered by the French tax authorities to receive electronic invoices from your suppliers.
