When someone subscribes to a paid Learnybox plan through your affiliate link, the corresponding commission is not immediately available for payment.
This article explains when you can request payment of your commission, the applicable deadline, and the document you must provide.
When does my commission become available?
When a customer subscribes to a paid Learnybox plan through your affiliate link, a 60-day validation period begins on the date of their subscription.
During this period, the commission remains on hold and cannot yet be paid.
Once the 60-day period has ended, provided that all applicable conditions have been met, the Payment column in your commission table changes to Available. You can then request payment of your commission.
Is there a deadline for requesting payment?
Yes. Once the commission becomes available for payment, you have 90 days to submit a commission payment request.
After this deadline, the commission expires, and you can no longer request payment.
How to submit a commission payment request
To request payment of your commission:
Access your Learnybox affiliation dashboard.
Open the Payments tab.
The page URL follows this format:
https://youraccount.learnybox.com/app/affiliation_lb/paiements/Click Request payment.
Upload your invoice.
What happens after you submit your payment request?
Once you have uploaded your invoice, your commission payment request can be processed.
You can track the status of your commissions from the Commissions and Payments tabs in your Learnybox affiliation dashboard.
