Understanding the Emails menu

Discover the purpose of each tab in the Emails menu so you can manage your sequences, contacts, and email campaigns from one place.

The Emails menu brings together all the tools you need to manage your email campaigns.

From this menu, you can monitor your performance, create sequences, manage contacts, send emails, view sending statistics, and configure LearnyMail settings.

Dashboard

The Dashboard provides an overview of your account activity.

You can view:

  1. the number of contacts registered today

  2. the number of contacts registered yesterday

  3. the total number of registered contacts

  4. your latest email sends (broadcasts)

  5. your most recently registered contacts

This information allows you to quickly monitor your activity without opening each section individually.

Sequences

The Sequences tab allows you to create and manage your automated email sequences.

It displays all your sequences, together with useful information about each one.

Contacts

The Contacts tab contains all your LearnyMail contacts.

From this page, you can:

  1. Use the search field to search for a specific contact

  2. Filter your contact list by group and/or sequence

  3. View and manage your contact groups

  4. View your contact list

  5. Access an action menu for each contact: edit, unsubscribe, or delete a contact

Broadcasts

The Broadcasts tab contains the history of all your email sends.

The other available features are shown in the following image.

Newsletters

The Newsletters tab allows you to create and manage your newsletters.

Statistics

The Statistics tab allows you to view performance reports for your email sends.
​

You can analyze your results over a specific period using period or date-range filters.
​

Settings

The Settings tab contains all your LearnyMail settings.

General

This section allows you to configure:

  • the default sender email address

  • the sender name

  • your email signature

Pages

This section allows you to customize the pages used by LearnyMail:

  • profile editing page

  • unsubscribe page

  • registration confirmation page

Emails

This section contains all your emails.

You can view and manage both the emails used in your sequences and those sent manually.
​

SMS

This section contains all your SMS messages, allowing you to view and manage them.
​

Note: You must set up your Twilio account before you can send SMS messages.

Tags

This section allows you to:

  • view all your tags

  • create new tags

  • manage existing tags

Categories

This section allows you to organize your sequence categories.
​

You can also create new categories.
​

Rules

This section allows you to manage your automation rules.
​

Imports

This section allows you to import contacts into your LearnyMail contact database.
​

Deliverability

This section allows you to test the deliverability of your emails.
​

Custom fields

This page displays the custom fields that have been added to your opt-in forms.

You can also view the answers submitted by your contacts.
​

To create a custom field:

  1. Open the editor for your opt-in form.

  2. Drag & drop the Form Field element onto your form.

  3. Select Custom Field.

  4. Set the field name, the type of custom field to add, then Save

At this stage, you understand the purpose of each tab in the Emails menu and know which section to use depending on the action you want to perform.
