How to enable automatic transfers from your LearnyPay wallet to your bank account

Learn how to schedule recurring transfers so your available balance is sent to your bank account without any manual action.

This article explains how to automatically transfer the available balance from your LearnyPay wallet to your bank account.

You can choose a weekly or monthly transfer frequency, select the transfer day, and modify or disable the schedule at any time.

Why automate your transfers?

Once automatic transfers are enabled, you no longer need to transfer your funds manually. Your available balance is automatically sent to your bank account according to the schedule you select.

This provides a regular and predictable transfer schedule, so you know when your funds should arrive. It can also make it easier to manage expenses, upcoming payments, and cash-flow forecasts.

Another advantage is that your funds do not remain unnecessarily in your LearnyPay wallet. They are transferred to your bank account without requiring any action from you.

How to enable automatic transfers from your LearnyPay wallet

Step 1: Access the wallet settings

  1. Go to Sales → LearnyPay wallets

  2. Select your wallet to access its dashboard

  3. Open the Settings tab

  4. Open the Automatic Transfer sub-tab

Step 2: Enable automatic transfers

  1. Select Automatic transfer

LearnyPay will automatically transfer your available balance to your bank account according to the frequency you configure.

Step 3: Select the destination bank account

  1. In the Destination bank account field, select the bank account to which you want the funds to be transferred.

Step 4: Set the transfer frequency

  1. In the Transfer frequency field, select one of the available options:
    → Weekly
    → Monthly

The transfer is initiated according to the selected frequency whenever your LearnyPay wallet has a positive available balance.

a) Schedule a weekly transfer

Select Weekly, then choose the desired day in the Day of the week field.

b) Schedule a monthly transfer

Select Monthly, then choose the desired date in the Day of the month field.

If you select the 29th or 30th, the transfer scheduled for February will be made on February 28.

Step 5: Save the schedule

  1. Review your configuration, then click Save (bottom right) to save and apply your changes.

Where can you track your transfers?

You can view initiated transfers from the Transfers tab of your LearnyPay wallet.

The funds are generally received in your bank account within 24 to 48 hours. However, processing may take longer depending on the receiving bank and destination country.

Modify or disable automatic transfers

To modify your transfer schedule, return to Settings → Automatic transfer.

Change the bank account, frequency, or transfer day, then click Save.

To disable automatic transfers, simply select the Manual transfer option, then save your changes.

You will then be able to continue initiating transfers manually from your LearnyPay wallet dashboard.

Can I make a manual transfer while automatic transfers are enabled?

Yes. You can still initiate a manual transfer whenever necessary.

What happens when there is no available balance on the scheduled day?

No transfer is initiated. The automatic transfer schedule remains active for the next scheduled date.

Can I change the transfer frequency or day?

Yes. Return to Settings → Automatic transfer, update the schedule, then click Save.

How long does it take for the funds to reach my bank account?

The funds are generally received within 24 to 48 hours. However, processing may take longer depending on the receiving bank and destination country.
