How to create a product that provides access to multiple courses or communities

Learn how to group access to several types of content into a single product and sell them at one price.

This article explains how to link a single product to multiple courses and communities. When a customer purchases the product, they automatically receive access to all the content linked to it.

This feature is available for both new and existing standard offers, as well as webinar offers.

Step 1: Create a new offer

  1. Go to Sales → Offers

  2. Click Create offer
    ​

  3. Select how you wish to present your offer. You can choose either a one-step or three-step checkout process.

  4. Name your offer. This title will identify your offer in Learnybox.
    ​

Step 2: Create the product

Add a product to your offer.

Enter the usual product information, including:

  • its name

  • its description (optional)

  • its image (optional)

  • its price

The product will appear as a single item on the payment form, even when it provides access to multiple courses or communities.

Step 3: Link multiple courses or communities

When configuring the content linked to the product, select all the courses and communities that customers should be able to access.

You can link multiple courses and multiple communities to the same product.

Once you're done with the product configuration step, click Add to save before proceeding to the next step.

When a customer purchases the product, they automatically receive access to all the selected content.

Step 4: Add other products if needed

You can still add several products to the same offer if needed.

This allows you to provide different access levels through a single payment form. Each product can have its own price and provide access to a different selection of courses and communities.

A product linked to multiple courses or communities is configured in the same way as any other product in your offer.

Step 5: Complete the offer setup

Continue with the final steps of your offer setup. You can configure settings such as:

  • payment methods

  • installment options

  • VAT

  • and more

Modify linked content for an existing offer

You can change the courses and communities linked to an offer by reconfiguring its products.

Access the existing offer, locate the relevant product, then update its selection of courses and communities.

⚠️ Important: Changes to the courses or communities linked to an existing product apply only to future purchases. Customers who purchased the product before the update will not have their access updated automatically.

Use this feature in a webinar offer

The same feature is available for webinar offers.

For example, you can offer a single product at the end of a webinar that includes:

  • a main course

  • additional courses

  • one or more communities

To access your webinar offers:

  1. Go to Marketing → Live Webinars

  2. Select the webinar you wish to configure

  3. Open the Offers tab

  4. Create a new offer or edit an existing offer
    ​

What your customers see

Customers see a single product and a single price in the payment form.

After completing their purchase, they automatically receive access to all the courses and communities linked to the selected product.

This allows you to sell a collection of content without displaying several separate products on the payment form.

FAQ

Are my existing offers and products updated automatically?

No. This feature adds a new option when linking content to a product.

Products that are already linked to a single course or community will continue to work as before.

Can I link courses and communities to the same product?

Yes. A single product can provide access to multiple courses and multiple communities at the same time.

How many courses or communities can I link to one product?

Learnybox has not specified a limit at this time. You can link several courses and communities to the same product.

Can I create several packages within one offer?

Yes. You can add several products to the same offer, each with its own price and selection of content.

Are installment options and promotional codes still available?

Yes. The product is configured like any other product in your offer.

Payment methods, installment options, VAT, and coupon codes remain available.
