This article explains how to purchase LearnyCredits, which can be used to access certain paid support services available in your Learnybox account, such as personalized technical coaching and the "Done for You" service.
LearnyCredits are useful when you need assistance with a specific setup, technical configuration, or other particular requirement without having to go through multiple exchanges with the support team.
What are LearnyCredits used for?
LearnyCredits can be used to order paid support services provided by Learnybox.
Two services are currently available:
1. Personalized technical coaching
This service provides personalized assistance to help you configure your project without having to go through multiple exchanges with the Support team.
2. Done for you
This service allows you to entrust specific technical configuration tasks to the Learnybox team, such as DNS configuration or database restoration.
Step 1 - Locate help section
From your Learnybox account homepage, scroll down to the following section:

In the support services section, select one of the available paid services, such as personalized coaching or the "Done for You" service.
⚠️ Warning: These services are currently available in French only. Personalized technical coaching sessions are currently offered only in French, and the Done for you service option is also currently only available when using Learnybox in French. It does not appear as an option when the user interface language is set to English.
Step 2 - Open the LearnyCredits ordering page
Open the Order LearnyCredits tab.
The page displays your current balance, for example:
My balance: 0 credits
along with the available purchasing options.
Step 3 - Choose a quantity or credit pack
In the LearnyCredits order section, select the option that best suits your needs.
Several options may be available:
Individual credits
Pack of 6 credits
Pack of 10 credits
For individual credits, select the number of credits you want to purchase in the corresponding on-demand credits field.
Step 4 - Purchase your credits
After selecting the number of credits or the pack you want, click Order.
You can then complete your purchase from the order page.
What happens after your purchase?
Once your LearnyCredits have been purchased, your available balance allows you to order these paid Learnybox support services.
