Understanding the Pop-ups menu

This article explains how to navigate the Pop-ups menu and manage the pop-ups created in your Learnybox account.

From this page, you can view your pop-up list, check their status, monitor their performance, and access the available management actions.

In Learnybox, pop-ups are display elements that appear on or over a webpage to present targeted information and encourage visitors to take a specific action.

Depending on the selected format, the content can appear as:

Each row in the table represents a pop-up.

The Name column displays the name of the pop-up, allowing you to identify it quickly.

The Status column indicates whether the pop-up is currently published.

When the Published status is displayed, the pop-up is active.

The Statistics column lets you quickly assess how each pop-up is performing.

By default, it shows your conversion rate (the percentage of views that result in a registration).

Hover over the column to view a detailed breakdown, including:

The Create pop-up button is located in the upper-right corner of the page.

Click it to create a new pop-up.

Each pop-up has an action menu, accessible from the vertical ellipsis (⋮) to the right of its list entry.

Edit

Opens the pop-up dashboard on the Settings tab.

Preview

Displays a preview of the pop-up.

Duplicate

Creates a copy of the selected pop-up. This is useful when creating a new pop-up based on an existing one.

Activate/Deactivate

Publishes or unpublishes the pop-up, depending on its current status.

Backups

Opens the pop-up’s backups. From there, you can create a new backup or restore a previously saved version.

Create a theme from the pop-up

Creates a reusable theme based on the layout and design of the selected pop-up.

Delete

Permanently deletes the pop-up from your account.
