This article explains how to use the Mobile App menu to make your courses available in the Learnybox mobile app and customize how your course space appears.
From this page, you can select which courses learners can access through the app, add a thumbnail, choose a theme, and notify your active members that their courses are now available on the app.
Activate the Learnybox mobile app
When the mobile app has not yet been activated for your account, open the Mobile App menu from your side navigation menu, and click Activate app.
Once activated, the available configuration options will appear, allowing you to select the courses learners can access and customize how your course space is displayed in the app.
Available options
Once activated, the Mobile App page includes the following options:
Activate/Deactivate: Enables or disables access to your course space through the mobile app.
Courses: Allows you to select the courses that will be available in the mobile app.
Thumbnail: Allows you to select the image displayed for your course space in the app.
Theme: Allows you to choose a color theme for your course space in the mobile app.
Promotional email: Allows you to configure and send an email informing your course members about the mobile app.
Save: Click Confirm (bottom right) to save the changes made on the page.
Enable access through the mobile app
Keep the status as Active to allow your members to access your courses through the Learnybox mobile app.
If disabled, members can no longer access your content through the app.
Select the available courses
The Courses section allows you to select which courses learners can access through the mobile app.
Only the selected courses will be displayed to learners in the app.
Add a thumbnail
The Thumbnail section allows you to upload an image representing your course space.
This image is displayed in the section corresponding to your course space in the mobile app. Click Browse to select and upload the image.
Customize the theme
The Theme section allows you to select a color theme used for your course space in the mobile app.
Select one of the available color themes.
Send a promotional email
Click Send custom email to prepare and send an announcement email informing your active course members that they can now access their content through the Learnybox mobile app.
Save your changes
After configuring the available settings, click Confirm to save and apply your changes.
The selected settings will then be applied to your course space in the Learnybox mobile app.
At this stage, you understand the different options available in the Mobile App menu and can configure how your courses are presented and accessed through the Learnybox mobile app.
