How to refund a transaction

Learn how to issue a full or partial refund for a transaction directly from your Learnybox account.

You can issue a full or partial transaction refund for directly from your Learnybox account, provided the payment was made using a supported payment method.

  • LearnyPay

  • Stripe

  • Braintree

  • GoCardless

  • PayPlug

  • PayPal Checkout

To Issue a Refund

  1. Navigate to Sales Orders & invoices Transactions tab.

  2. Locate the transaction you wish to refund, then click the View icon to access the transaction details page.

  3. On the transaction details page, click on Refund order.

  4. Enter the refund amount (you can issue a full or partial refund) and click Refund to confirm the action.

The refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method. The customer will receive the refunded amount directly in their account.

Note: Refunds for PayPal transactions must be processed manually via your PayPal account. Learnybox does not support PayPal refunds directly through the platform.
