Coupons allow you to offer a fixed amount or percentage-based discount on products purchased through your payment forms. You can generate a coupon for a specific payment form and share it with your leads or clients, who can then apply it during checkout.
Step 1: Access Coupon Settings
Navigate to Sales → Offers
In the Forms tab, select the offer you wish to configure
Open the Coupons tab
Click on Create coupon
Step 2: Configure Your Coupon
A coupon code will be generated automatically — you can modify it if needed
Enter a coupon name to identify it internally
Choose the discount type:
Fixed amount (e.g., €10 off)
Percentage (e.g., 15% off)
Additional Configuration Options:
Coupon usage limit: Set a maximum number of uses for the coupon.
Expiration date: Set a date after which the coupon can no longer be used.
How It Works at Checkout
Once at least one coupon has been added to a payment form, a “I have a coupon” link will appear on the order summary page, just below the order total. Customers can click this link to enter their coupon code, and the discount will be automatically applied to their order.
