This article explains how to create a discount coupon for a payment form.
Use it when you want to share a coupon code with leads or customers so they can apply a fixed amount or percentage-based discount during checkout.
Step 1: Access Coupon Settings
Go to Sales → Offers
In the Forms tab, select the offer you wish to configure.
Open the Coupons tab
Click Create coupon
Step 2: Configure Your Coupon
Enter a coupon name. It will be used to identify your coupon internally (this name will not be displayed in your payment form).
A coupon code is generated automatically — you can modify it if needed.
You can create multiple coupons in one configuration by entering more than one coupon code (one code per line).Choose the discount type:
Fixed amount, for example €10 off
Percentage, for example 10% off
Additional Configuration Options:
Set a coupon usage limit if you want to define the maximum number of times the coupon can be used.
Set an expiration date if you want the coupon to stop working after a specific date.
Customer Checkout Experience
Once at least one coupon has been added to a payment form, a I have a coupon link appears on the order summary page.
Customers can click this link, enter their coupon code, and apply the discount to their order.
