To cancel or pause your subscription, follow the steps below:
Access Subscription Settings
In your Learnybox dashboard, access your Client area menu (by clicking on your administrator user avatar at the top-right corner of the screen), then select Subscription / InvoicesStart Cancellation or Pause Process
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to locate the pause or cancellation options.
Confirm Choice
Follow the on-screen instructions to either cancel or pause your subscription.
⚠️ Important: If you confirm the cancellation of your subscription, all your data — including courses, sales funnels, library files, access permissions, and more — will be permanently deleted.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your request has been processed.
