This article explains how to manage product quantity and availability in a payment form.
Use it when you want to limit how many units a customer can purchase, define available stock, and automatically block purchases when the product is out of stock.
Step-by-Step Guide to Configure Product Quantity and Availability
1. Access Product Settings
Go to Sales → Offers
In the Forms tab, select the offer that contains the product you wish to configure.
Open the Products tab.
Click Add product to create a new one, or edit an existing product.
2. Enable Quantity Management
In the Quantity section, toggle the Quantity setting on.
Once enabled, customers can select how many units they want to purchase.
3. Set Quantity Rules
Minimum and Maximum Quantity:
Set how many units a customer can purchase per order.
Note: If the minimum and maximum values are the same, customers cannot modify the quantity at checkout.Available Quantity (Stock Limit):
Set the total number of units available for purchase. The available stock is automatically reduced after each completed transaction.
What Happens When Stock Runs Out?
When the available quantity reaches zero, the product is set as unavailable.
Customers can no longer purchase the product until you update the available quantity.
You can update the available quantity at any time to restock the product.
Why use quantity settings?
Quantity settings help you control how many units each customer can purchase and prevent overselling.
They are useful when you sell limited-access offers, limited seats (for an event such as a live webinar), physical products, or any product with a defined stock limit.
