This article explains how to send SMS messages to your live webinar registrants from Learnybox.

Use it when you want to connect Twilio and create an SMS from a live webinar dashboard to communicate with registrants before or after the webinar.

You can send an SMS message to your live webinar registrants by connecting your Twilio account and creating an SMS from the webinar dashboard. Here's how:

Navigate to Settings → External integrations → Twilio ​

If you don’t have a Twilio account yet, you can create one <a href="https://www.twilio.com/try-twilio" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>. ​

Fill out the required fields to connect your Twilio account to Learnybox. ​

You'll find a dedicated help section at the bottom of the Twilio integration page. ​

2. Send an SMS to Webinar Registrants

Navigate to Marketing → Live webinars and select the webinar for which you want to send the SMS.

Open the Emails tab and click on Create SMS. ​

Compose your message and send it to your webinar registrants.

Note: Make sure your message complies with local SMS regulations and that your contacts have consented to receive text messages.
