This article explains how to send SMS messages to your autowebinar registrants through Twilio.
Use it when you want to connect your Twilio account to Learnybox, then prepare and schedule SMS messages from your autowebinar dashboard.
To send SMS messages to your autowebinar registrants using Twilio, you first need to connect your Twilio account to Learnybox. Here’s how:
1. Link Your Twilio Account
Navigate to Settings → External Integrations → Twilio
If you don’t already have a Twilio account, you can create one here.
Fill out the required fields to connect your Twilio account to Learnybox.
You'll find a dedicated help section at the bottom of the Twilio integration page.
2. Set Up SMS Messaging for Your Autowebinar
Navigate to Marketing → Autowebinars and select the autowebinar you wish to configure.
Open the Emails tab.
Click Create SMS to write and schedule your SMS.
Important Notes
Twilio requires both the contact’s country and phone number to successfully send SMS messages.
➤ Be sure to request this information during registration by adding these fields to your webinar registration form and setting them as required.A paid Twilio account is required to send SMS messages. Free accounts do not support outbound texting.
