This article explains how to send SMS messages from LearnyMail by connecting your Twilio account.
Use it when you want to send one-off SMS broadcasts or add SMS messages to an automated sequence.
1. Link Your Twilio Account
Navigate to Settings → External integrations → Twilio.
If you don’t already have a Twilio account, you can create one here.
Fill out the required credentials in the integration fields.
If needed, please refer to the help section at the bottom of the Twilio integration page for guidance.
2. Send an SMS Broadcast
Once Twilio is connected, navigate to Marketing → Emails → Broadcasts tab.
Click Send SMS to create and send an SMS campaign to your contacts.
3. Add an SMS to a Sequence
You can also schedule SMS messages directly within your email sequences.
Open a sequence, click on Add step, and select Add SMS to schedule an SMS at the appropriate point in your sequence.
