How does electronic invoicing work with Learnybox?
When electronic invoicing is required in a country, the relevant invoices are no longer issued solely as PDF files.
Learnybox generates the electronic invoice in the required format and sends it through its Approved Platform partner to the official network or system used in the relevant country.
Depending on local regulations, this transmission may also include e-reporting data when required.
On your side, you can continue creating your sales and invoices in Learnybox as usual. The technical aspects of transmission are handled automatically by the platform when the feature is available in your country.
How is an invoice processed?
For supported countries, an invoice goes through the following steps:
Learnybox generates the electronic invoice.
The invoice is sent to our Approved Platform partner.
The partner sends the invoice to the official network or system required by the country's regulations.
A processing status is returned to confirm receipt, acceptance, or any potential error.
When required by regulations, e-reporting data is also transmitted.
