Understanding the Live Webinars menu

Discover the different tabs in the Live Webinars menu and what they are used for when preparing and managing your live webinars.


This article explains the different tabs in the Live Webinars menu and their role in preparing and managing your live webinars.

From this area, you can create a webinar, access existing webinars, manage presenters, prepare surveys, and create notifications to display during your live events.


Live webinars

This tab displays all the webinars created in your account. By default, your webinar list is displayed in grid view, with each webinar shown as a card.

Each card allows you to quickly identify a webinar using several pieces of information:

  • Thumbnail

  • Name

  • Date & time

  • Status

  • Activity indicators*

*Additional details for each indicator icon are displayed on mouseover:

  • Total registrations

  • Total participants

  • Total offer clicks

A webinar can display different statuses:

  1. On hold → The webinar has been created, but the broadcast setup has not yet been configured. You must choose whether the webinar will be broadcast via Learnybox or YouTube before it can start.

  2. Ready to broadcast The webinar has been created and the broadcast setup is complete. It is ready to start.

  3. Replay available The webinar has ended and its replay is available.

  4. Completed The webinar has ended and no replay is available.

Several tools are also available at the top of the page.

You can:

  • Create a new webinar

  • Run a test broadcast

  • Search for a webinar

  • Use advanced filters to filter your webinar list

  • Change the list display mode (grid view or list view)

Presenters

The Presenters tab brings together all the people authorized to present your live webinars.

1. Number of presenters
Displays the total number of webinar presenters registered in your account.

2. Add a presenter
Allows you to add a new presenter to your presenter list.

3. First name / Last name
Displays the presenters’ first and last names.

4. Email
Displays the presenters’ email addresses.

5. Title
Displays the presenters’ titles or descriptions.

6. Conferences
Displays the number of live webinars each presenter is assigned to present.

7. Action menu
Allows you to edit or delete a presenter from your list.

Surveys

The Surveys tab allows you to prepare surveys in advance that you can use during a live webinar. These surveys can be displayed at any time during your webinars.

If no surveys have been created yet, the page displays a Create preset survey button.

Survey creation process

1. Question
Allows you to enter the question you want to ask.

2. Type
Allows you to choose whether participants can select one or multiple answers.

3. Answers
Allows you to enter the answer options available to participants.

4. Add an answer
Allows you to add additional answer options.

5. Cancel / Confirm
Allows you to cancel or confirm the creation of the survey.

Notifications

The Notifications tab allows you to prepare notifications in advance and publish them during a live webinar.

If no notifications have been created yet, the page displays a Create preset notification button.

Notification creation process

1. Title
Allows you to enter the notification title.

2. Text
Allows you to enter and format the notification content.

3. Cancel / Confirm
Allows you to cancel or confirm the creation of the notification.
