This article explains the information displayed in the Quizzes menu and the main options available for managing your quizzes.
This area brings together all the quizzes you have created. You can check their status, track the number of participants, and access additional actions available for each quiz.
The Quizzes menu displays all the quizzes created in your account.
It provides an overview of each quiz and gives you access to the available management actions.
Understanding the displayed information
Each list row corresponds to a quiz.
Name
This column displays the name of the quiz.
This allows you to quickly identify the quiz you want to view or manage.
Status
The status indicates the current progress of the quiz.
The available statuses are:
On hold
In progress
Completed
Participants
This column displays the number of users who have taken part in the quiz.
Creation date
This is the date on which the quiz was created.
Start date
This column displays the date on which the quiz started.
If a quiz has not started yet (status: on hold), no date is displayed.
Access the quiz online
The redirect icon to the right of each list entry allows you to open the quiz online in a new browser window.
Action menu
The action menu provides several actions depending on the selected quiz.
The available actions depend on the quiz's current status.
a) Quiz on hold
You can:
activate it
duplicate it
share it
reset it
delete it
b) Quiz in progress
You can:
end it
duplicate it
share it
reset it
Note: A survey that is in progress cannot be deleted. You must end it before the Delete option becomes available.
c) Quiz completed
You can:
reactivate it
duplicate it
share it
reset it
delete it
Creating a new quiz
To create a new quiz, click the Create quiz button in the upper-right corner of the page.
A creation window opens, where you can enter the information for your quiz.
The available fields are:
Quiz name: The public title of your quiz.
Private title: A private title for your quiz, visible to administrators only. It can help you organize your quizzes more efficiently at an internal level.
Category: Allows you to link the quiz to an existing category.
Image: Adds image that will be displayed with the quiz.
Main color: Allows you to customize the color theme used for the quiz.
Introduction text: Allows you to add an introductory text that will be displayed on the registration page, before the start of the quiz.
Once you have entered the information, click Save (bottom right) to create the quiz or Cancel to close the window without saving.
