This article explains how to change the currency used in a payment form.
Use it when you need to update the currency displayed in the order summary for products, or the currency used by a payment method when processing transactions.
Step 1: Update Default Currency for Products
Access Form Products
Go to Sales → Offers
In the Forms tab, select the payment form you wish to configure.
Open the Products tab.
Edit Product Currency
For each product included in the form:
Click the edit icon to the right of the product's list entry.
In the Pricing section, locate the Default currency field and select the currency to be displayed in the form’s order summary page.
Save Changes
Click Confirm (bottom right of the page) to save and apply your changes.
Step 2: Update Currency for Payment Methods
Access Form Payment Methods
In the same offer, open the Payment Methods tab.
Edit Payment Method Currency
For each payment method added to the form:
Click the edit icon to the right of the payment method's list entry.
In the Payment Method Configuration section, update the Currency field.
This determines which currency the payment method uses when processing transactions.
Save Changes
Click Confirm (bottom right of the page) to save and apply your changes.
Check your payment form before sharing it
Changes take effect immediately after saving. Before publishing or sharing the payment form, check that the updated currency is displayed correctly.
