This article explains how to hide the total order amount displayed in a payment form.
Use it when you want to simplify the checkout page, especially for free content, flexible pricing, or payment forms using the old theme.
Important: this option depends on the payment form theme
The option to hide the total order amount is only available when the old theme is selected for your payment form.
You can select the theme you want to use from the payment form’s design settings.
Steps to Hide the Order Total
1. Access Form Design Customization Settings
Go to Sales → Offers
In the Forms tab, select the offer you wish to configure.
Open the Settings tab
Open the Design sub-tab
Click Customize quickly
2. Disable Order Total Display
In the left-hand customization panel, locate the following option: Display total
Toggle this option off
3. Save Your Changes
Click Save and exit (top right)
Once this setting is disabled, the total order amount will no longer be visible on the payment form during checkout.
