How to connect Zapier to Learnybox

Connect Learnybox to Zapier to automate workflows with third-party apps.

You can connect your Learnybox account to Zapier in order to automate tasks and integrate with hundreds of third-party apps and tools.

Step 1: Access Zapier Integration

  1. From the side navigation menu, navigate to:
    ​Settings → External Integrations → Zapier

  2. Click Access Zapier
    This will open an invitation page to authorize the integration (after login).

  3. Click on Accept Invite & Build a Zap

Step 2: Retrieve Primary API Key

  1. Return to your Learnybox browser tab, and navigate to:
    ​Tools → API

  2. Open the API Keys tab, and copy your primary API key

Important: Do not use a restricted key — it will prevent the connection from working.

  1. Copy your Learnybox subdomain (e.g., youraccountid for youraccountid.learnybox.com) — you will need this as well.

Step 3: Authorize Learnybox in Zapier

  1. Return to Zapier, and navigate to App Connections using the side navigation panel

  2. Click on Add connection

  3. Search for Learnybox, select LearnyBox d 2018-02-12, then click Add connection

  4. In the popup window:

    • Paste your API key into the API Key field

    • Paste your Learnybox subdomain into the Learnybox address field

  5. Click Yes, continue to Learnybox

Step 4: Test and Finalize Connection

  1. In your App Connections page in Zapier, perform a test connection for the new Learnybox connection. Once the test is successful, your Learnybox account will be linked.

You can now start building Zaps to automate workflows between Learnybox and other apps/tools.

Note: Learnybox will not show the integration as Active until you actually create a Zap that uses Learnybox.
