This article explains how to connect your Learnybox account to Zapier using your API key.
Once connected, you can create Zaps to automate tasks and workflows between Learnybox and other applications.
Step 1 - Access Zapier Integration
Go to Settings → External Integrations
Click Zapier
Click Access Zapier
You'll be redirected to an invitation page where you can authorize the integration after logging in.
Click Accept Invite & Build a Zap to continue.
Step 2 - Retrieve Primary API Key
To connect your Learnybox account to Zapier, you'll need your primary API key and your Learnybox subdomain.
Return to Learnybox, then go to Tools → API
Open the API Keys tab, and copy your primary API key.
⚠️ Make sure you copy your primary API key, not a restricted key. Using a restricted key will prevent the connection from working.
You will also require your Learnybox subdomain. For example, if your Learnybox address is youraccountid.learnybox.com, your subdomain is youraccountid
Keep both pieces of information available for the next step.
Step 3 - Authorize Learnybox in Zapier
Return to Zapier, and go to App Connections using the side navigation panel.
Click Create connection or Add connection
Search for Learnybox, then select LearnyBox d 2018-02-12
In the popup window:
API Key: Paste your primary API key
Learnybox address: Enter your Learnybox subdomain
Click Connect to authorize the connection.
Step 4 - Test and Finalize Connection
After authorizing Learnybox, return to the App Connections page in Zapier. Run a connection test for your new Learnybox connection.
Once the test is successful, your Learnybox account is linked to Zapier.
What happens after connecting Zapier?
Once your connection has been successfully tested, your Learnybox account is linked to Zapier.
⚠️The Zapier integration will only appear as active in Learnybox when you have created a Zap that uses Learnybox.
At this stage, you can proceed with creating your first Zap in Zapier.
