This article explains how to create and manage web push notification campaigns.
Use it when you want to send short alerts directly to subscribers’ devices, even when they are not browsing your website.
Follow the steps below to set up and manage your notification campaigns.
Step 1: Create a Web Notification Campaign

Configure your campaign
Name your campaign
Pop-up customization: Add a custom text and image to the subscription pop-up.
Welcome notification: Configure the confirmation message that will be sent immediately after a user subscribes.
Subscription pages: Choose the pages where visitors can subscribe to receive notifications.
Activate your campaign
⚠️ Web push notifications are not compatible with iOS/iPhone devices.
Step 2: Send a Notification
Open your campaign dashboard
Create your notification
Title: Enter the notification title.
Content: Enter the notification text.
Optional fields:
Link: Add a URL where users will be redirected upon clicking the notification.
Image: Upload an image to be displayed with the notification.
Schedule or send immediately
Click Save to confirm and schedule the notification.
Step 3: Manage Your Notifications
After saving, you’ll be redirected to the Notifications tab of your campaign dashboard, where you can view and manage all your notifications:
Pending notifications: Scheduled notifications that haven’t been sent yet.
Sent notifications: Notifications that have already been delivered.
⚠️ Important reminder: campaigns are deactivated by default
All new campaigns are deactivated by default. Make sure you activate the campaign so users can subscribe and receive your notifications.
At this stage, your web push notification campaign is configured, active, and ready to send notifications to subscribers.
