Where to view your subscription details, usage statistics, and limits

Learn where to view your Learnybox subscription details, usage statistics, and account limits.

To track your subscription usage and limits, follow the steps below:

  1. Access Subscription Settings
    In your Learnybox dashboard, access your Client area menu (by clicking on your administrator user avatar at the top-right corner of the screen), then select Subscription / Invoices

  2. Review Subscription Overview
    On this page, you can view:

    • Your current subscription plan.

    • The number of courses you’ve published and your course limit.

    • Your total registered course members and maximum allowed limit.

    • Your total created conferences and maximum allowed limit.

    • And more

  3. Track LearnyMail usage
    To monitor your LearnyMail contact limit, navigate to:
    ​Marketing → Email Marketing → Dashboard tab

This will give you a clear overview of how much of your subscription resources you're currently using — including those related to your LearnyMail contact database.
