Where to view your subscription details, usage statistics, and limits

To track your subscription usage and limits, follow the steps below:

  1. Access Subscription Settings
    In your Learnybox dashboard, access your Client area menu (by clicking on your administrator user avatar at the top-right corner of the screen), then select Subscription / Invoices

  2. Review Subscription Overview
    On this page, you can view:

    • Your current subscription plan

    • The number of courses you’ve published and your course limit

    • The number of course members and your member limit

    • The number of conferences you've created and the associated limit

  3. Track LearnyMail usage
    To monitor your LearnyMail contact limit, navigate to:
    ​Marketing → Email Marketing → Dashboard tab

This will give you a clear overview of how much of your subscription resources you're currently using — specifically those related to your LearnyMail contact database.
